Acceptance of General Terms of Use: Use of this site means that you are above 18 years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions set herein. The present terms and conditions apply to all the services presented in our site and provided either directly or through distributors. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement). 3. Use of Site: You may only use the site to make legitimate enquiries or booking and hereby undertakes not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to Sarti.gr and acknowledge that Sarti.gr may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary 4. Making a booking: Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant hotel/house accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Sarti.gr shall come into existence until Sarti.gr (a) issues a booking reference number; (b) issues a booking confirmation by email or fax; and (c) receives payment in full. 5. Accommodation: Through its web site SITHON TRAVEL gives the possibility to book on line a wide range of accommodations in Sithonia Halkidiki. The description of each accommodation has been prepared to the best of our knowledge and according to information given by the suppliers we cooperate with, in order to be as correct and reliable as possible. SITHON TRAVEL decline any responsibility in case of not correct information not depending from its will. In the very unlikely event that the hotelier cannot provide the booked accommodation, you understand that the hotelier's responsibility is to find an alternative of at least a similar standard. Sarti.gr takes every precaution to ensure hotels are professionally managed so that any such occurrence is extremely rare. Sarti.gr shall have no liability in respect of any other costs, losses or damages existing out of or in connection with relocation of accommodation since such relocation are outside Sarti.gr’s control. 6. Rating: A wide range of accommodation is presented in our site. Official rating of each accommodation is shown in the description. Rates include all taxes, maintenance expenses and the use of all the facilities specifies in the description Sarti.gr reserves the right to revise all published prices at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed. 7. Room types: Studios: one space room for 2 or more persons equipped with kitchenette. Apartments: Formed by one or two bedrooms (according to the description) and a separate living room with kitchenette. 8. Cleaning Services Cleaning before the arrival: Is included in all accommodation types Cleaning during the stay: Like indicated in each room description. Change of linen: Like indicated in each room description Towels: If provited is always indicated in the room description Change of towels: Like indicated in each room description. 9. Basis: RR: room rate. The price does not include any meal BB: breakfast is provided in continental style either served or buffet HB: Breakfast and one warm meal per day (normally dinner) 10. Arrival/Departure: Check-in time on arrival is usually at 14:00. In case of earlier arrival the room may not be ready and it will be necessary to wait for a while. Check-out time on departure is at 09.00 unless differently specified at the hotel/house description. 11. Damages: Guests are obliged to report any damages caused to indoor/outdoor furnishings and fittings to the reception or the house owner and will be responsible for any eventual charges. 12. Domestic Animals: Pets are usually not allowed, unless differently mentioned in the description of the houses. Pets are forbidden in swimming pools for hygienic reasons, and any damage caused by them must be reported immediately to the reception or the house owner. Pet owners will be required to cover the costs of any damage caused. 13. Booking procedure, Confirmation: For accommodations marked with a “request” sign, an answer to your request will be sent within 24-48 hours. When the selected accommodation is available an option of 2 -3 days will be given in order to finalize the booking within this period. Payment details as per section “Payments” Reservation form has to be filled in with the necessary data and submitted. Confirmation received from our reservation department must always be checked by the user in order to secure that all the details (names, dates etc.) are correct. In case of any error occurs the user must inform SITHON TRAVEL within 24 ours. Once the purchased is completed and the full payment has been done travel confirmation voucher will be sent. 14. Payments: 30% of the total cost is required in order for the reservation to be confirmed Payments must be done either by credit card or via bank transfer to our company and the receipt should be sent by e-mail. For bank transfer do not forget to mention your reference number as a remark on the bank receipt. After receiving the deposit, Sithon Travel reconfirms the reservation. The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the deposit is not paid on time. The entire amount must be paid on spot to the person in charge up on arrival. The key of the room is given to you after ensuring the payment of the whole amount.

If the client doesn't arrive on the first day of the reservation, must inform our office. In case of late arrival (after informing the office), the accommodation is kept till 12.00next day. Without any information and if the client doesn't arrive at the date reserved, Sithon Travel reserves the right to resell the room. Rejection of the Transaction: Failure to pay or the unauthorized use of your credit card will involve cancellation of your reservation. 19. Privacy: We maintain high ethical standards and care diligently for the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. SITHON TRAVEL does not collect or store in any way your credit card details. The payment procedure and the verification of your data through a bank assure the absolute safety of your transaction. 20. Force Majeure: If as a consequence of Force Majeure, Sarti.gr is obliged to curtail, alter or cancel a booking, you shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation. The term "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of Sarti.gr |
