House Berlin is situated in the New Sarti area , 70 m from the clear beach and 500 m from the lovely center. It consists of 2 and 3-bed studios. Each studio has a separated kitchenette (renovated 2009), WC with shower (renovated 2013), balcony with Sea or Mountain View. On the ground floor there is a terrace with barbeque, table and chairs ensuring  a comfortable stay to the clients. Very close to the property there is a supermarket, bakery, fast-food and 2 taverns. Gitsa, the delightful owner and her family live downstairs.
